The role of Incoterms 2020 in eliminating logistics risks

The article discusses the main risks of logistics activities and ways to reduce them. The main concepts and purpose of the collection of terms of international trade practice "Incoterms", the boundaries of responsibility and risk of the supplier and the buyer in the supply of products and determining the impact of the selected delivery conditions on the price of transported inventory were reflected. The study of changes made to its terminology at the present stage allowed us to identify a number of new opportunities to reduce the logistics risks of foreign trade participants.
