In article interaction of innovations and investments in the market of tourist services in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also their role and value as a factor impact on economy is considered. Prerequisites and conditions of innovations promoting tourism development are revealed. Need of development and implementation of address programs within complex development of national economy is proved. The reference points of innovative development of the market of tourism in the country proved by conclusions of the carried-out analysis are offered.
