The role of innovation and intellectual capital in the era of noonomics in the sustainable development strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This article examines the concept of noonomics as a new economic paradigm, in which the main resources for development are innovation, intelligence and knowledge. In the research, special attention is paid to the role of intellectual capital in the formation of sustainable economic growth, as well as the importance of strategic management in a post-industrial society. The article proposes measures to support intellectual capital, strengthen innovation activity and develop a sustainable innovation ecosystem, which will become an important element of sustainable development in the country. In addition, an analysis of the innovation potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan was conducted based on the global innovation index and national statistics, which made it possible to identify problematic aspects and key achievements in the field of scientific and technological progress.
