The role of innovations in the formation of ecosystems based on the banking sector

The relevance of the research is due to changes in service models in the Russian and global banking sector under the influence of digital technologies, as well as as a result of the development of an integrated network economy. The article focuses on the issues of creating their own ecosystems by developed banks. Particular attention is paid to the banking sector and digitalization in this industry. The study shows both positive and negative effects of this type of transformation. The article deals with blockchain technology, as well as success factors in working with innovations.
