By entering into an employment relationship, the employer and the employee may consider the conditions for the employee's performance of the assignment both at the employer's location and outside his location. Remote or remote work are considered identical terms. In the article, the authors cite a number of positive aspects, as well as focus on the risks. The parties have the right to conclude a mixed format for completing assignments, guided by the right to choose the terms of the employment contract.
