The role of civil society institutions in corruption control

The article discusses the correlation between civil society and corruption in Russia. The role of state and civil society in combating corruption is examined. The author offers the ways of organization of more effective anticorruption activities. It is noted that the key condition for the effective fight against corruption is the coordinated interaction between state and civil society, which is not feasible without the development of active citizenship among the population.
