The role of development institutions in the support of small and medium-sized enterprises'' Innovative activities in Russia

Based on the data analysis of venture and grant funding of small and medium-sized innovative businesses in 2013-2015 the article has revealed the tendency of increased contribution made by innovative development institutions into the support of small and mediumsized innovative business in the Russian Federation. In the context of the predicted economic stagnation, the problem of efficient use of budget funds for SME support becomes extremely important.
