The authors give a definition of the economic security of an enterprise and justify the importance of the role of personnel policy, the article reveals the essence of personnel policy, its place and role in the economic security of an enterprise, and also considers measures to optimize the management structure. The importance of the methodology for studying the personnel component of economic security as one of the main mechanisms developed by the enterprise is noted. The article proposes an adapted methodology for assessing personnel policy to ensure the economic security of an enterprise. Groups of indicators and indicators for assessing personnel and economic security are formed, their brief description is given.
