In today's competitive business environment, the success of an organization largely depends on the active participation of employees and teamwork. This article analyzes the concepts of employee engagement and team performance from a theoretical point of view, as well as in-depth studies of influencing factors in order to identify the mechanisms by which the organizational climate, leadership style and teamwork affect employee engagement. Looking to the future, the constant development of technology will provide digital tools for developing employee communication and collaboration, the emergence of diverse work teams will require cross-cultural communication and leadership skills, a focus on employee happiness and job satisfaction will enhance employee identification and engagement, and data-driven decision-making will optimize the relationship between employee engagement and teamwork. And with effective strategies, we can contribute to a sustained increase in employee engagement and teamwork., as well as achieving sustainable organizational development. Effective strategies can increase employee engagement and team effectiveness and achieve sustainable development of the organization.
