Parameters of gastric mucus components and the pattern of gastric mucosa cell infiltrate were studied to assess the risk of gastric cancer development for patients with stage II-III epithelial dysplasia (85 patients) using discriminating analysis for creation of mathematical model. Sensitivity and specificity of the model were 89 % and 85 %, respectively. The mathematical model allows to estimate the risk of gastric cancer development for patients with stage II-III epithelial dysplasia and to form the patients' groups at high risk for cancer.
