This article discusses such a problem as the role of corporate culture in creating an effective company management model. The problem of corporate culture is relevant and important, but it is still insufficiently studied, and its underestimation can negatively affect the effectiveness of the organization as a whole. Therefore, in order to increase the efficiency of the company's work, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of corporate culture and the formation of its unique values and principles. As a result of the work carried out, the main elements and directions that contribute to the creation of a unified team and the formation of a motivational environment for employees of different structural divisions were identified. The conducted research clearly shows that it is necessary to adopt a modern concept of corporate culture formation in order to increase motivation and consistency in the professional activities of all employees of the organization. They should be involved in a purposeful system of effective management of the organization.
