The article explores how employee values, norms, and behavior influence the implementation of reengineering. The key issues of staff resistance, methods of involving the team in transformation, and examples of companies that have overcome cultural barriers are considered. Special attention is paid to the role of leadership, communication and the adaptation of organizational culture to new processes.
