The article emphasizes the importance of further development of forensic victimology that in relation to the studied category of crimes in the sphere of shadow pharmaceutical market is evident in the careful consideration of the person of victims for the establishment of the complex circumstances of a criminal act. It differentiates typical categories of victims in cases of offences and encapsulates the typical defects permitted in the investigative and judicial practice due to the underestimation of knowledge about the victims’ identity of as evidence bearers.
