The role of logistics and staff assistance in the work of the sports organization

The article outlines the main scientific and regulatory requirements for material and technical support used in the training of athletes in the Olympic sport of taekwondo, taking into account all the features and specifics of the above-mentioned sport. As well as the requirements for conditions aimed at the implementation of sports training programs, these include the material and technical base and infrastructure of organizations responsible for the implementation of sports training. The assessment of the state of the sports base VRDYUSOО SK "Legion" and determined the security of athletes sports facilities and equipment. The personnel structure of the sports organization, as well as the work of the organizational structure of the management of the VRDYUSOО SK Legion are analyzed.
