The role of a nurse in prevention treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus

The article examines the role of a nurse in the prevention and treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus. A patient survey was conducted and the data obtained were analyzed. The following methods were used in the course of the study: literature research, generalization, analysis, comparison, questionnaire, statistical methods, documentation analysis. Recommendations have been developed for the patient on the treatment of diabetes mellitus and the prevention of its complications, which can be used in practical healthcare to improve medical care for patients with diabetes mellitus.
