This article focuses on interdisciplinary issues associated with the designation of the role of mechanisms applied for personnel’s communicative competence management in the modern Russian companies. The author reveals the content of management mechanisms and their impact on the communicative competence. The article defines the communicative competence term, and describes the way the management mechanisms affect the company’s efficiency at the market.
