Part taken by the local authorities in improving living conditions for the urban inhabitants in towns of Dagestan since 1946 to 1960

The paper considered the impact the population migration balance rates have had on general development and particularly on the residential building. According to author’s opinion, the living conditions took a tremendous part in improving the living standards of inhabitants. The author also showed that the residential building’ rates in the country dropped behind the rapid growth of cities and the raising needs of their inhabitants.
