The role of the MSUC in training scientific personnel for the system of higher library education in Kazakhstan

The article reveals the history of the formation and development of the system of training library personnel in Kazakhstan, starting from the first half of the XX century and the beginning of the XXI century. The main stages of development in the field of training library personnel in Kazakhstan are analyzed. The main stages of the creative path of graduates of the Moscow library Institute E. N. Shmeleva, A. D. Dzhokebaeva, E. N., N. K. Dauletova are shown. Special attention is paid to the issues of scientific and pedagogical training of national staff for all types and types of libraries in Kazakhstan. The article summarizes the contribution of prominent scientists from one of the oldest library departments of the Moscow state Institute of culture, K. I. Abramov, I. M. Frumin, O. I. Talalakina, O. V. Shaposhnikova, and others to the training of specialists in higher library education and their role in the training of scientific personnel for the library departments of the Chimkent Institute of culture (now the South Kazakhstan state University). M. Auezov) and the Kazakh state women 's pedagogical Institute (now Kaznacheeu). The article covers the topics of defended dissertations in 1970-1980.
