The role of mythoepic consciousness in the formation of national ideology

This article examines the role of mytho-epic consciousness in the formation of national ideology. Focusing on the dialectical interaction of these concepts, it also analyzes scholarly approaches and the functions performed by national ideology. The relevance of mythological consciousness in modern society is emphasized, despite the fact that it is the earliest form of worldview that arose on the basis of the perception of the objective world on a syncretic, artistic-figurative and emotional level.
