The role of microfinance organizations in lending to small and medium-sized businesses in the Magadan region

The article considers the contribution of microfinance organizations to the business of providing financial resources to small and medium-sized businesses. Given the constant lack of own funds for development and functioning, small and medium-sized businesses are increasingly turning to microloans. Advantages of this type of lending to bank loans are highlighted. The main conditions for granting microloans on the example of a large microfinance organization of the city of Magadan are described. In addition to private microfinance organizations, small and medium-sized businesses are financed by regional business support funds, which bring the means of state financial support to business. In the article directions and volumes of granting of means by the Magadan fund of support of business are analyzed. The role of microfinance organizations in the development of small and medium business in the Magadan region is estimated.
