The role of modality in organizing the time stratum of the text: the contents and senses aspects

The article highlights the interaction of time and modality in the human language. The problem is viewed in its hermeneutic aspect. The theses of the scientific paradigm of hermeneutics is to be acknowledged by examples from Russian, English and French in order to illustrate the general language tendencies. The aim is also to consider the time-modality correlation from a different point of view.
