The article analyzes influence of the welfare state model on the migration policy of Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Having similar forms of government, social and economic policy, these countries solve issues of migration and identity crisis in different ways, but still their developed social institutions have a certain effect on the development of the policy in the region as a whole.
