The article examines the role of youth organizations in ensuring active longevity at the regional level. Technologies of social support of elderly citizens are disclosed. To increase the effectiveness of volunteering, a special program is being implemented in the Kaluga Region. The directions of strengthening the role of youth organizations in ensuring active longevity of pensioners of the Kaluga region are determined.
