The role of municipal property in the economy of municipal education (on the example of the city Naberezhnye Chelny)

Abstraction: Municipal property is included in the material base for the execution of the powers of local self-government bodies for the tasks of selling municipal services for citizens and legal entities with the aim of attracting income to the budget. The bulk of the municipal property of Naberezhnye Chelny is assigned to municipal enterprises, institutions of relevant industries, the city's treasury and societies with 100% of municipal ownership. Effective use of resources in municipal ownership depends on the completeness and quality of its accounting. For effective management of municipal property, it is necessary to study in detail the available facilities for determining more promising ones with subsequent development.
