Role of folk toys in the spiritual and moral education of children

The article is devoted to identifying the role of folk toys in the spiritual and moral education of children of primary school age. It is stated that the fundamental values of the spiritual culture of the people transmitted from generation to generation are concentrated in the folk toy. It is noted that the use of axiological and ethnopedagogic potential of folk toys is of particular importance in the situation of alienation of the younger generation from traditional spiritual values. It is proved that the modern system of additional education of children is able to effectively solve the problem of spiritual and moral education of children of primary school age. The content of the author's methodology aimed at the implementation of the problem is revealed. The peculiarity of this technique is the use of a multicultural approach, which consists in creating conditions for the formation of the younger personality worldview, emerging on the basis of familiarizing not only to Russian, Russian, but also to world culture.
