The role of public organizations in preserving traditional values in the Kirov region

This article examines the role of public organizations in preserving traditional values in the Kirov region in the context of globalization and cultural changes. Public organizations play a key role in preserving the cultural heritage of the region, organizing festivals, celebrations and workshops, as well as supporting folk crafts and traditional cuisine. Special attention is paid to such phenomena as the Dymkovo toy and the Velikoretsky procession, which symbolize the cultural identity of the region. Projects aimed at involving young people in preserving traditions and developing creative practices are also being considered. The article emphasizes the importance of educating the younger generation as future guardians of cultural heritage, as well as the need for public organizations to be supported by the state and society for the successful preservation of traditional values.
