The role of major global economic institutes-globalizers in the development of legal regulation of economic relations

This article analyzes the role of three international institutions, namely the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, and the World Trade Organization (WTO). These organizations play a key role in the globalization of the global economy, but their legitimacy raises many questions, debates and criticisms. The author considers the functions, organization of these three institutions, as well as their impact on international economic law in general. Particular attention is paid to their accountability, criticism and influence on the world stage.
