The role of case forms in the formation of speech competence of middle-class students of schools with Kyrgyz language of instruction

The article examines the concept of speech competence as the ability to correctly and appropriately use language in a variety of communicative situations, including lexical and grammatical literacy, the ability to construct coherent statements, as well as the skills of perception of oral and written speech. The paper proposes effective methodological approaches to teaching cases in middle grades: contextual learning through texts and dialogues, game methods, visualization, comparative analysis with the native language and speech modeling.
