This article is devoted to the study of the influence of modern information and digital technologies on the search and seizure process during the preliminary investigation. The authors consider the advantages of introducing new technical solutions that improve the quality of evidence collection and analysis, speed up documentation procedures, minimize the risks of violations of the law, and protect information confidentiality.
