Role of the transitive zone of Southern Siberia in the history of nomadic empires

In article the value of the transitive zone in the history of nomadic empires reveals on the basis of the analysis of their development. The role of nomads in creation of sedentary settlements in the territory of Southern Siberia comes to light in work. The research shows, that transitive zones on the border of steppes and taiga have a great significance in formation of nomadic statehood.
