The article is devoted to the analysis of the conditions for the implementation of a strategic approach to personnel management in organizations in the service sector. The authors substantiate the need to implement strategic management in service sector organizations, considers the features and the relationship between the strategic management of the organization and its personnel, basic competitive strategies, and managers in implementing the competitive strategies of service sector organizations.
