Role of underground waters in the common drain of small mountain rivers at Kolyma river basin

On the basis of generalization a large number of the actual material which has been saved up in years of Kolyma water balance station work, it is convincingly shown that the role of underground waters in delivery the surface water currents in the conditions of distribution of many years frozen soils was unfairly underestimated. The new data characterizing formation of the common water drain in conditions of the negative daily average air temperatures and at frozen condition of seasonal thawed layer (STL) are provided. The new scheme of analysis the mountain streams hydrographer for detection the features of formation the underground waters of STL is offered.
