The role of political institutions in strategic management of the regions depending on climatic conditions

The article is devoted to the study of the features of the activities of political institutions in strategic management in Russia, depending on the region and climatic conditions. Each region of the country, depending on the remoteness, natural-climatic and economic-geographical conditions, as well as the ethnic and religious affiliation of the population, has its own characteristics, both in the process of forming political institutions and in the process of strategic management of the territory. According to most scientists, it is the natural and climatic conditions that determine the choice of the model of the population's life, the formation of the local elite, political institutions, directions of economic development and the strategy of regional management.
