The allocation of human rights activities as a separate component of the legal regulation of property relations

In this article the legal system of property relations, and the subjects involved in these respects are analyzed, as well as the particularly acute problems of their interaction are marked. The author proposes to consider the human rights activity as an independent legal component of regulation of legal relations arising during the formation, distribution and protection of property rights.
