The influence of process approach in management on economic safety of the organizations

The article investigates the feasibility of using a process approach to improve the level of economic security of the construction organization. The use of a process approach to optimize its business processes is justified. The features related to the specifics of construction and investment activities are considered. As a result, the economic security of the construction company assumes the presence of competitive advantages due to the compliance of material, financial, human resources, technical and technological potential and organizational structure of the construction company to its strategic goals and objectives. The conclusion is made about the positive impact of the process approach for the management of economic security of the construction organization.
