The role of the Procuracy of the Russian Federation in the implementation of supervision over observance of rights and legitimate interests of minors

The article discusses the important aspects of the organization of the procuratorial supervision of the observance of the rights and legal interests of minorchildren, conducted a systematic analysis of legislation regulating the observance of the rights of minors. The article also considers the direction of prosecutorial supervision in the field of ensuring the rights and legal interests of minor children, as well as identifies the main organizational stages of the prosecutor’s activities in supervising the observance of the rights of minor children.
