The article is devoted to the protection of family and its rights, proclaimed at the constitutional level as one of the most important tasks of the society and state. Our state recognizes the value of the family as a basis of material, psychological, educational and other aspects of human life, although the method of detection and investigation of crimes against the family still insufficiently not developed.
