The role of regional agroclusters in ensuring competitiveness in the global agricultural market

The article examines the role of regional agricultural clusters in increasing the competitiveness of agricultural products on the world market. The key aspects of cluster theory are considered, including its basic principles and approaches to organizing joint activities. The successful examples of the functioning of agro-clusters both in Russia and abroad are analyzed, with an emphasis on their impact on the regional economy. Special attention is paid to the interaction of cluster participants - farmers, processors, suppliers and scientific institutions, as well as the introduction of innovative technologies in the production and processing of products. The importance of government support in ensuring the sustainable development of agricultural clusters is emphasized. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed for improving agricultural clusters in Russia to strengthen their positions in the international arena. The study demonstrates that agro-clusters contribute to reducing production costs, improving the quality of agricultural products and expanding export opportunities. However, in order to achieve these goals, it is necessary to strengthen government support measures, stimulate innovation and develop cooperation between all participants in the chain. The implementation of the proposed measures will not only strengthen the country’s position in the global agricultural market, but also ensure stable growth of the agricultural sector in the long term.
