In work results of researches on inventory of flora in territory regional wildlige areas in Kemerovo oblast are resulted. The special attention is given to distribution of kinds of the Red book, the modern level of their protection in borders of existing specially protected natural territories is estimated. Kinds which are not captured by nature protection actions are revealed. Recommendations on perfection of regional system of specially protected natural territories are resulted.
