Role regional operators in the organization split accumulation waste

The ar ticle i s de voted to the proble m s of inte rac tion bet wee n ow ne rs ofsolid municipal waste and regional operators in order to organize separatewaste accumulation. The reasons preventing interaction of owners of solidmunicipal waste and regional operators on the organization of separate wasteaccumulation and their effective sor ting are revealed. Special attention ispaid to the development of effective methods of waste accounting, payment,organization of separate waste accumulation on container and outside containersites. Recommendations on the organization of payment for utilities for wastedisposal according to the actual indicators of waste generation are g iven.Recommendations for effective interaction between solid waste owners andregional operators have been developed, which allow improving the proceduresfor coordination of separate waste accumulation by waste owners with theregional operator.
