Role of the religious organizations in the development of the legal reforms in Russia

The article overviews the approaches to the theoretical comprehension of the legal reform conception. The author deals with a correlation between the legal and the judicial reforms, as well as considers the role, which the religious organizations could play in the process of the legal reform implementation in Russia. Besides, the article gives a brief survey of the measures, which have already been taken for the preparation of the legal reform in Russia.
