Role of small and medium business sectors in Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The role and importance of the sector of small and medium business don't raise doubts, numerous scientific works and foreign statistics confirm it. So, according to the research conducted by public organization "Support of Russia" in 2012 about 48%, in the Czech Republic, Poland and France - about 35%, and in Russia - only 9% are the share of a share of a turnover of the companies of small and medium business in the processing production, for example, in Norway [12]. The share of employed in the considered sector following the results of 2013 in Germany made 63%, in Austria - 68% [13], in Russia - about 25% (according to calculations on the basis of data of Federal State Statistics Service) [1].
