Role of the investigating officer in case of appointment and conducting judicial economic examination

Article is devoted to a role and actions of the investigating officer before purpose of judicial economic examination, namely to an order of collection of proofs, and also establishment of contact with the expert-economist for exchange of information. Besides, in article the bases for purpose of judicial economic examination are specified.
