The role of the media in solving problems the formation of patriotic values in the modern sense

The article analyzes approaches to the modern understanding of patriotism and the resulting problems of Patriotic education of youth. We investigated the contradictory process of formation of the basic Patriotic values among the youth. Analyzed the resulting difficulties experienced by the Russian state historical period. Recommendations municipal media, which should be taken into account when discussing issues of Patriotic education of the younger generation.
