Role of social quality of goods in the development of regional socium

The role of social quality as artificially created system in the development of the society and regional socium is analysed in the article. Social and moral problem of the society development and influence of social quality on this process of social quality through preserving biological variety, society scientific and technical potential, capable of implementing natural changes, placed in social objects, quality management of artificially created social systems are under research.
