Role of social partnership in regulating labour relations during the period of economic crisis

The article examines the process of forming institutional basis of social partnership, clarifies the distinctive features of the Russian model of the social and labour relations. The necessity of the enhancement of the social responsibility of the state, employers and trade unions in the system of regulation of labour relations.
