Social advertising while spreading community-relevant values and standards of conduct shall contribute to raising legal literacy in individuals, Relevance of social advertising may increase in the period of social upheavals and economic crises, while society revises standards of conduct, and difficulties of acquiring socially relevant values show up, primarily for young people. Social advertising is an efficient tool for maintaining social stability.
