Role of somatic pathology in the aggravation stage in realization of not suicide autoaggression at patients with schizophrenia

30 patients with c schizophrenia with not suicide autoagressive behavior which were on out-patient and polyclinic treatment concerning an aggravation of a course of chronic diseases of somatic character are investigated. It is established that not suicide autoaggression at such patients can proceed within short-term nozogenny (psychogenic) reaction that is more characteristic for a paranoid form of schizophrenia. Or not suicide autoaggression acts as an element of an obsessivno-compulsive syndrome at a slow form of schizophrenia.
