Understanding and researching the latest information technologies used today in legal activity, what role modern technologies play in the activities of a lawyer, this article is devoted to. Thanks to the considered sources, classifications of information technologies are formed, characteristic features are given, structural detailing of expert systems occurs. Even despite the diversity of the range of information technologies, the search work to improve them, create and introduce new ones does not stop. In addition, tendencies of development of information technologies in jurisprudence are being formed both in the context of automation, increasing functional efficiency, and those used in solving software and technical issues.
