The role of special knowledge in determining the circumstances of crimes against cultural values

Currently, the role of special knowledge in the fields of culture, history, art, archeology, religion, numismatics, architecture, paleontology, religion, etc. is rapidly increasing in the investigation of crimes related to encroachments on cultural values. The article defines promising directions of use modern forms of special knowledge taking into account the type of cultural value (object of cultural heritage), the method of the crime committed. For the successful detection and investigation of crimes against cultural values the recommendations are given, they are connected with the use of individual forms of special knowledge in the context of knowledge integration from different fields of culture, history, art, archaeology, religion, numismatics, architecture, paleontology, religion.
